I purchased this instrument c. 1965 from Charles Music in Glendale, CA. It has lived in a closet since c. 1970. It has one slight dent in the bell, mild lacquer detioration; has never been repaired or modified in any way. Includes original Bach 12C mouthpiece & metal Selmer mute and original case (excellent condition). I was studying with Clifton Plog in La Crescenta, CA when I purchased it; at the time, I believe that there was no finer instrument, short of a custom horn (e.g., Benge).
