Tuba for sale - WIllson 3050S CC Tuba for Sale

I am offering for sale my sliver plated Willson 3050 CC tuba. I purchased this instrument new about 1.5 years ago. It is a spectacular horn and I have used it in virtually every type of ensemble situation. The sound is wonderful, pitch is fantastic and it is in like new condition...No dents, with a couple of very small, superficial scratches. I recently had the instrument chem-cleaned and it is outfitted with synthetic washers. I will also throw in a set of Selmansberger's lightweight finger buttons which worked great on this instrument.

Why am I selling? Well, I really don't have a use for CC tuba this large and it doesn't get as much play time as it deserves. It is a wonderful instrument but I simply cannot justify hanging onto it. I am looking to downgrade to something a bit smaller which will serve my performance needs better.

Price is $9000 OBO and will include a green Cronkhite gig bag. Buyer pays shipping. The horn is located in Normal, Illinois and I would be happy to drive a few hours to meet an interested buyer.
