ON HOLD PENDING RECEIPT OF PAYMENT. THANK YOU.This is about as rare and collectible as they come. It's a L&L Ludwig Peacock Pearl snare. Shell is in-round, no extra holes, seam on wrap is clean and even w/no lift-up and the peacock pearl is really pretty.The strainer, however, isn't present so I'm listing for a bargain price allowing any real buyer the opportunity to own one of these at far below market value.
A drum that looks almost identical to mine (the tension rods were shinier is all, and it had the strainer) was bid to about $1990 on ebay w/o meeting reserve. Another one sold for almost 2200!!!
