Unique handmade baroque alto recorder in African Blackwood, with ivory mounts, copy of an original in the Hague Museum collection. Used for concert and CD recording, but in pristine condition. Very beautiful tone and good speech. Has been cleaned and polished. No defects, there is only one small hardly noticeable 2mm. dent on the wood of the center joint near the thumb hole. Made by Guido Klemisch of Berlin.
Historic tuning at about a = 415 Hz.
This instrument came from an estate, only available once. Comes complete with soft protective cover. Registered and insured shipping only.
