there is no other gong design like this one, 100% cast-to-shape B20 bell-bronze gong (i.e. not pounded out like Asian gongs)- the sound is like a cross between a gong and a bell and a chime. Very powerful yet full of soft nuance if played that way. Very robust instrument. I am selling off most of my equipment, this gong too. UFIP is an Italian company with bronze casting heritage that traces back to the 15th Centruty in Pistoia, Italy.
