Oboe - Wanted: Bulgheroni Artist or siimilar

After years of economic hardship, I made the nearly impossible decision to sell my Bulgheroni. I loved this oboe, with its dark sound and responsive keywork. Although I am not in a position to run out and buy a new one, I may be able to afford a used one if the price is right.

I will also look at other horns, such as the Yamaha YOB-411, Kruel/Mirafone/Gordet, Fox, Howarth, Loree, and Chauvet BW, which are all examples of horns I've played and genuinely enjoyed. OTOH, please, no plastic (I'd consider a good composite though, such as that sometimes used by Fox and Yamaha).

Please note: having played all of these, I won't look at Selmers, Signets, Bundys, Kohlerts, or Amatis.

Resale is not important to me; good working order needing few to no repairs, no cracks, responsive key work, dark sound, wood (grenadilla/ebony/rosewood) or a great composite, and price is.

If you have a horn that fits these requirements, and which you'd be willing to part with for under $900 to a loving home with someone who utterly adores her horns, please let me know. I realize that $900 isn't a great price, but I don't have a great job. What I do have is a great desire to give a beautiful horn a loving home where it will be regularly played, cared for, and admired.
