Harpsichord, Clavichord - Unfretted Clavichord

Large unfretted clavichord 177 x 56.5 x 19cm after clavichord by Fritz of Brunswick in the Victoria and Albert Museum. FF-a3, a'=399Hz ('Tiefkammerton'), double strung throughout with 4ft strings from FF-c. In mahogany and rosewood with inlaid geometrical pattern on lid and veneered keywell. Soundboard painted with a variety of flowers. Last serviced earlier this year and in good working order.
