Italian double bass made by Mr. Luciano Golia. It is in perfect condition. The back and the ribs are made of italian poplar. The harmonic table is made with spruce. It has an ebony fingerboard and bridge with ajusters. The strings lenght is 41,5" With the size of the upper bout (18") it is very easy to play in the upper register and with the size of the lower bout (28"), the bass has a lot of bottom. It has a Laborie endpin, wich allow a better projection of the sound. It has also a C extension made by Mr. Mario Lamarre. Great for orchestra and solo. Photos on request.
