Juan Miguel Gonzalez is widely recognized as one of the great flamenco guitar makers living today. His guitars have a special duende flamenco players seek and love. To name a few of his clients: Tomatito, Norberto Torres, Monolo Franco, Carlos Pi�ana, and El Ni�o de la Manola. Juan Miguel Gonz�lez his work is constantly evolving, he only produces about 20 instruments a year and his waiting list is growing. Next to his home in Almeria, Juan Miguel Gonzalez holds an incredible old aged stock of master grade woods. His craftsmanship is excellent. The top of this 2008 negra is made using the best tight-grained German spruce, the back and sides are made from impeccable rosewood. The set up is a flamenco player's dream, low, fast, without buzz. This negra is responsive in all registers, it explodes with power, has a very Andalusian sound and could be described as having a �cante jondo� sound, she reflects pure flamenco and it is one of his top models.
