This instrument has typical traits of Guillami�s son using a darker and more brittle varnish than his father but following the tradition of painting the border in ink. Although the quality of woods and the finishing are not up to his fathers standards, the �cello has a mellow and seductive sound.
It has been beautifully restored with new neck and fingerboard.
Very apt for ancient music.
