Cello Bow Description: Cello Bow for sale - Berg Deluxe Bow (81 Grams) in great condition
Berg Delux Cello bow, composite stick , ebony wood frog, silver-mounted, stamped "M.F. Duff." Made in 1998, # D98-13. In excellent condition. Weight is 81 grams, balance is very good. Slight wear on wrapping, but bow is ready for use in performance. Hair is high quality salt-and-pepper. This is a performer's bow. Bows in this category are currently selling for $4,250. 
Description from Berg site:
"These bows are entirely crafted by master bow maker, Michael F. Duff, and are accordingly engraved, 'M. F. Duff.' Those sticks which come closest to theoretical perfection, based on parameters established by our original scientific research, are selected by Mr. Duff and mounted with an elegant French style ebony wood frog with tapered pearl slide. The tip is hand polished to a mirror finish and has an ebony wood underlay. The grip is lizard hide, cushioned with an underlay, and is treated with atom wax to protect against skin acids."
