This Fox Professional Bassoon Case (No. 1580), is mint from the inside out. The following is a description taken directly from the Fox Bassoons website:The Fox Professional Bassoon Case is our finest bassoon case, intended to compliment the highest quality instruments. The durable hard shell is covered with a material that has the feel and appearance of fine leather. The interior is covered with a velvet lining, in either teal green or dark blue. The case measures approximately 27 x 11 1/2 x 4 5/8 inches with rounded corners. This is the standard case for Fox models 601, 660, 101, 201, I, and II bassoons. It is provided with partially loose blocking to be fitted to the instrument. This means it can be fitted to any normal German system bassoon.
The listing price for this case is $750.00 brand new, with an additional cost for the case cover. The purchaser of my case will receive the case cover at no extra charge-a $100+ value!!
