This instrument has excellent intonation and has been well maintained, including annual tune-ups at the Fox factory. It has standard Fox keywork, including an "E" key, and it has received all upgrades from Fox that are standard for this serial number.

This bassoon has been played in professional orchestras across the country, including the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, the Columbus Symphony, the Dayton Philharmonic, and many others including orchestras in Cincinnati, Ann Arbor, Lansing, and Indianapolis.

Includes Marcus Bonna case and two bocals: one Fox high note bocal, and one Heckel #2 bocal that is an excellent match for the bassoon.
