On offer here is a short scale Alembic Series I bass guitar in it's original case with power supply and cable. Made in 1980 and verified at the base of the fingerboard with the serial no. It has alternate screwholes for strap pin placement. One of the Schaller machine heads has been replaced with a Gotoh, but apart from that it is all original. The body is a Maple and Purpleheart sandwich with a Zebrawood headstock. Just gorgeous. The finish on the body has the scaling associated with an Alembic of this vintage and certainly adds to it's allure.
