Thanks for looking at my item! You are looking at a gently-used, like-new Leblanc/Vito 7182 BBb Contrabass Clarinet! I love this instrument, but sadly, I just don't have much opportunity to play it. It is in excellent condition, all the keywork is in perfect order, and the case is sturdy with all latches functional. This is a great addition to any small to medium wind ensemble, or simply to add to your own instrument collection. The downside of this instrument is: it's large! Standing nearly 6' tall, it doesn't come apart. Therefore, the case is also nearly 6' tall. If you don't have a van, truck, suv, or car with seats that lie flat, you will probably have a difficult time transporting this instrument!

I have included:

Conn Precision mouthpiece (projects better than the original Leblanc mouthpiece). But, it fits very tightly into the neckpiece, so I have just left it attached. It came with a gold ligature and cap (which I personally find aesthetically unappealing!). Rovner Dark fabric ligature and cap, 2 open but unused Vandoren #3 reeds (up to you if you want to use them; they are unused, but I probably wouldn't trust someone's open reeds either!), Adjustable floor peg. I had this added so that I could adjust the height more easily. Otherwise, you must find a chair/stool of a very precise height in order to play at a comfortable height.

This retails for around $4300 new. I am asking $3400 for this one due to the mouthpiece, ligature, and floor peg modification.
