Brand new and first of the Spring, #562! Handmade concert classical by Darren Hippner. The top is adirondack red spruce. Rare for classicals, mostly seen on prewar Martins. Body of marbled claro walnut. Fingerboard, bridge, headstock and bandings are all brazilian rosewood. Spalted maple rosette and grover tuners with rosewood buttons. Neck is 3 pc cedar with ebony reinforcement , 650 scale. 51.5mm nut. very light weight. LOUD and RESPONSIVE. Finish is all nitrocellulose lacquer, very lightly applied.
