For sale is a wonderful vihuela in �G� (scale length 59.5 cm) made by Luciano Faria. The instrument was made in 2005 and is in absolutely pristine condition. The workmanship is at a very high level with great attention to detail evident in the construction and the sound. The sound is truly magical. This fine instrument has a perfectly grained Spruce top with quarter-sawn, old-growth, Brazilian Rosewood for the back and sides, Ebony pegs and fingerboard. The top has a traditional wax finish and the back and sides are French-polished. It was a difficult decision to sell such a beautiful sounding instrument and I prefer to sell to someone living in the US due to the difficulties and risks shipping internationally.
