* Top: Cedar double top with aramid-fiber honeycomb
Cedar for a slightly darker, warmer sound
* Back and sides: Cocobolo (very similar to Brazilian rosewood acoustically), with lots of upper harmonic content for sparkle in the sound, plus mass and stiffness for sustain and projection
* Relatively thick and heavy sides laminated to increase stiffness and block energy loss from the top
Linings also laminated to increase the stiffness and mass of the �rim� (great for sustain and volume)
* Body slightly deeper than on most Hauser guitars to create a darker, fuller sound
* Thin, light bridge of Brazilian rosewood (so the top moves quickly and easily)
* High frets and oiled neck for playability
The neck is elevated and the fingerboard is radiused. The neck features an adjustable truss rod
* The saddle and nut are of 10,000 year old mammoth tusk from Siberia
* Top fundamental resonance set at F#
* Varnish finish on the back and sides for durability
French-polished shellac on the top for sound
* Soundport, armrest, and removable access panel at the tailblock
