Acoustic Guitar for sale - 1988 GERUNDINO blanca flamenco guitar

A superb example of the work of this great guitar builder. Built in 1988 for the renowned guitarist Jose Luis Postigo, this is one of the last that Gerundino built entirely by himself before his failing health and eyesight forced him to enlist the help of other Andalusian craftsmen, right up to his death in 2006.
Gerundino has often been described as a �genius�, and this instrument certainly illustrates why. The tone is simply magnificent, with an earthy vibrancy and sonority that has to be experienced personally to be appreciated.
Condition is near mint. The French polish has been refreshed at some stage in the past and a new golpe plate fitted. Scale length is 660mm.
