Martin 1942 , 000-28. This is a beautiful war time guitar in all original condition with moderate player wear. Has scalloped bracing, Rosewood back and sides, heringbone,snowflake fret markers, and zipper back. No cracks and had a neck set. This guitar sounds and plays fantastic. Has a very balanced and mellow tone with tons of bass and beautiful highs. Very touch sensitive. The person I bought the guitar from said the guitar was brought back to the Martin factory a few years ago, authenticated and signed by CF Martin IV on the inside.
