I have owned this instrument for a year. It's in perfect playing condition, and has a beautiful sound! It comes with a nice thick gig bag, and a shoulder strap. It has Elixer strings on it, which gives it a full rich sound. There is a small area on the pick guard that is warped, but it's very small and does not affect the instrument in any way. It came like it from the factory when I ordered it. It's still in new condition!
